Healthy living by Annie
Health is an important part of our life. A research tested 687 adults aged 18 to39, measuring their body fat and looking at their muscles. The volunteers exercised 12 weeks of arms, biceps and triceps. After 12 weeks everyone gained strength and muscles. But the over weight people gained 4percent to 17percent less than those normal weight people. As a child, every one of us started by crawling and then walking. When we grow older we continue to walk in order to stay healthy. There are lots of ways to exercise like riding the bike, playing basket ball, running and swimming. Eating is an important part of our life. Instead of the three meals we eat everyday, most of us eat some junk food. Sometimes it is because you are hungry, and sometimes it is just because those food taste nice. But junk food never anything good to your body. So throw those food away and have an apple or mandarins. Sleeping is another part of our health, children need 9 hour of sleep, adults needs at least 8 ours of sleep each day. When we don’t get enough sleep it will affect your performance, thinking, and mood. No matter who we are or what we do, everyone needs a healthy body.
